Important Delivery Information

• Shipping Fees : Free standard delivery across France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, Denmark, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Romania, Greece, Finland and the United Kingdom

• Processing Time : 1 to 3 business days for quality inspection

• Estimated Delivery Time : 7 to 10 business days after processing

• Total Delivery Time : 8 to 13 business days after processing

Shipping Details

We currently ship to France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, Denmark, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Romania, Greece, Finland, and the United Kingdom. All orders are sent via standard delivery, offering fast, secure, and fully insured shipping.

From order placement to delivery at your door, it usually takes between 8 and 13 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We are sorry if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

In this case, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible.

To report a problem, email us at contact@autoamoto.com including:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will quickly find a suitable solution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours after they are placed. After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible. For any cancellation request, please contact support as soon as possible.

Delivery Delays

During periods of high demand (e.g., holidays), delivery may be delayed.

If your order has not arrived three business days after the estimated time, please contact our customer service.

Order Processing & Cut-off Time

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+2) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day.

• Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
