We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

The return address will be provided to you after contacting our customer service.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours after delivery so we can assess the issue and find a solution. If the item was damaged during transport, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, including customized products or made-to-order items. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get an exchange is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically through your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take some time to process the refund.

Return shipping costs
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
